Help required please lads

We should be going to Benidorm for my daughters 30th in July which is now looking unlikely so I’m looking at a plan B
We’ve been up in hospitality at the football club numerous times and that would be an ideal venue
Does anybody know the following
1) Do they hire the big hospitality room out for private functions
2) what are the charges for the venue hire
3) would they allow us to put our own decorations in the room few hours before
4) would we be allowed our own entertainment sax player. DJ. Singer
5) could we provide our own buffet
If anybody knows or could point me in the right direction that would be superb

Think Martin Booker would probably be your best person to contact. Think his email will be on the club site 👍🏼
 
If you don't get sorted Michelle, we have two free function rooms available with all the requests you have made. got a wedding on 02/07 but all other dates available. Good luck.

Hadley, we too would be very interested in hiring a room. About 100 people for a Palatine school reunion. Class of 81, 40 year re-union :)

Steve from The Sandringham Court in Reads Avenue. Licensed for up to 110. Choose from a Sports Bar or a Marilyn Monroe themed restaurant which doubles as a function room. Both rooms have their own toilets and bar.

No room charge
Bring your own buffet or we can supply
Organise own DJ etc or we can sort
Bar facilities until 12 midnight
