Help to identify season ticket seats

I am probably being thick but in your SSO account, how do you find out which seats you have for your season ticket seats?

We had to move from the family stand because my lad just turned down 18 but I can’t remember the seats I chose. When I go into my account it shows I have a season ticket but that’s all the information I can find. I’ve checked my emails as well and can’t find any confirmation of the purchase.

I know I could ring the ticket office but I’m sure the information should be available somewhere so any guidance would be much appreciated

Don't think it is on the site. You will need new season ticket cards so you will have to pick them up from the club unless you have asked for them to be sent out.

You could well be right, it just seems mad if your account details don’t include your season ticket information.

Check your spam, you will have been sent an email.

There should also be a link to the history of your purchases easily available, it does exist but isn't accessible unless you know what it is.

Should check your email as you would've been sent a confirmation email after purchasing.

It will have the seat numbers, etc on there.

Yes, should be easily available to view via a link in the settings though as most won't save that link.
