I'm pretty sure I'm right in thinking that the last manager to leave Plymouth in a promotion push for a so called bigger side at Christmas was Ian Holloway, and we all know what happened to Leicester that season.

Interesting that Plymouth lost their last 3 games before Lowe left - wonder if he realised they were punching above their weight and he got out whilst the going was good. Hopefully continue that losing streak this weekend!

Can't see either of them ever being a 'big club' as neither will ever get to the Prem!
