How does the £5.99 thing work?

Similar to IFollow, but better quality.
It's the same provider as Liverpool use, so it should work through almost all browsers.
If you have a smart TV you should be able to watch it through that
 
Another thicky here needing help please - is the tangerine tv the same as the official blackpool you tube channel?

Basically i've paid the £5.99 so will the stream be available to watch on the youtube channel?
 
An hour and a quarter until KO and nothing to click on but the Carlisle highlights. As this is the first run of the new live pay service, I'm expecting hiccups. Anyone see anything different to me?

no you need to log into your Tangerine TV account on the club website and the stream will load through there. any problems give me a shout on here ill guide you through it.

No seeing the same,. hopefully around 7 pm should be able to see something? I hope
 
the stream is on there now,just no feed connected yet which will begin closer to kick off.

Just log into your account on blackpoolfc.co.uk and click the watch live button in the centre of the screen.A an external window will open where the stream will load.

Will it load automatically on the screen which has your payment details at the bottom ?
 
Registered, won’t recognise me, but sent me link to change password. Logged in, paid, received email confirmation, now doesn’t recognise me.

Not impressed!

On it, thank you. Ive just hooked the laptop up to the tv via HDMI like last season with the ifollow.

I have also got my account open with the the subscription payment at the bottom. I just have a big Tangerine TV screen above, but no live feed link. Does it come on automatically?

Me also.

Weird it doesn’t show me logged in, even though my profile and payment is shown on screen. If I click on log in, it takes me back in a loop.

Click the watch live button in the centre of the screen. its definitely on ive just had the stream on to test.
 
Yep ...paid for the game but still haven't figured out how to access the live feed.
Olny 20 minutes to ko so any advice would be appreciated as I have zero confidence that I'll be watching at the moment.
 
The new website is very poor - put it this way, Apple would never have released it 😂😂

…the UI has been designed by (at best) an amoeba 👎
 
that was a hell of a faff - I had to close everything down, then start again on the pool fc site, otherwise I just had carlisle highlights too
but it can be done

Watching the game - the quality of picture on ifollow was MUCH better.

You can’t change the quality either - you are stuck with Auto.

I have 1gb/s up and down, so watching in SD at best is poor on a 55 inch.

First world problem admitted 👍😂
 
Watched on iPad and thought much better quality than iFollow. Got a bit fed up listening to whether it was an EFL ball or a Prem ball!
Is Tangerine TV going to stream ALL away games?

I did watch the game on my iPad....as I did with iFollow last season.For £5.99 it was decent coverage but it lacked those Chizzy moments😳

Not sure - I've asked the question but was met with a 'not sure if it can be accessed' as I live abroad now I used to get all the games with ifollow so will be a shame with a better product and direct with club to miss out on half the games (maybe even Saturday 3pms too) we will wait to see.. hope its not the case, as can't see why they would change for fans to miss out.
 
You would think that the Clubs would have a reciprocal agreement to stream their home games to the opposition, or at least make the feed accessible to them. If it’s home games only, it’s a step back.
Can one dial up the feed from the home team when Pool are away, just like iFollow ?
 
I thought the quality was very good and I was watching on my iPhone like I did for most matches last season. Thought the commentary was fine but would like Chizzy to do some.
