for first time for a while we have the personnel to play different systems
will be able to have a strong bench
now got creativity in numbers
a proper right back
players who were struggling back in form likes of hamilton lavery
jerry yates scoring again
choices everywhere if we got a good cb and defensive midfielder would complet squad
similarities to squad who made premier league
irish right back coming in
a attacking player rejoining on loan
winger joining on loan
team starting to look balanced
what we as fans now need to do is offer full support to club owner team and manager
no matter what results reserve judgement to end of season

We can't fit everyone in, but what we should have is quality starting and off the bench.

Good OP, Appy has been wanting this problem nearly all season rather putting the bare bones out with players out of position!

The fact that we're 22nd in the league shows that we actually have a lot of fat and not much meat.
I think we'll end up with a strong XI and maybe a couple of decent subs but we need a big old clear out in the summer.

Given we can have 5 subs per game the sport is turning in to a squad game where the 18 is just as Important as the starting 11. Those last 30 minutes can he crucial and you can have players who can make big impacts coming on later in the game

Easily, if he upsets a few players to please alot of fans we or he shouldn't care.
With our injury and red card jinx they won't be out of the squad for long.

Yeah, it's been noticeable in a number of games that the opposition have quality changes to make and we have maybe 2 players at most that you can see even getting on the pitch, let alone changing owt.

He's likely to have 3 or 4 attacking players every week desperate to get on and that can only be good.

Totally agree. For a Championship side, I would still say we only have 6/7 what I would deemChampionship quality players .. probably 5/6 on the borderline and might prove themselves in the second half of the season. However, the additions are decent but I'm not getting ahead of myself thinking we're suddenly going to beat everyone in our path!

Quite a few played regularly last season and kept us up easily. Which for me deems them good enough for the Championship, under the right tutelage.

Grim, Max, Connolly, Marv, Thorniley, Hubby, Dougall, Yates, Madine, Gabriel, Anderson, Stewart, Lavery.

Add Patino, Bowler and Poveda. And probably Rogers. And maybe Lyons, Carey and CJ, all improving.

Not sure about Williams, Fiorini, Garbutt, Beesley.

I hope, bearing in mind last Saturday's win, that he doesn't throw the baby out with the bathwater especially as Watford are injury ridden at the moment,

It's time for every fucker to stop whingeing and start supporting and hopefully, we'll get to view the attacking football that Apps promised us. I've backed him since day one and now that he's been given the level playing field that he deserved, he has to now deliver, no excuses. I think he will, if he doesn't, he'll lose my support.
