How is Sadler any better than the Oystons?

Something that has been playing on my mind for a while now. Lets just take a look at the facts.

Both quick to sell off our 'star' players on the cheap and at awful times and then not re-invest back into the squad. Bowler, Adam, Hoolahan etc
Both consistently made poor management choices. Critchley and Appleton have both failed to live up to the hype. The list of failed managers was endless under the Oystons as well.
Oyston took the unprecedented step of suing fans - Sadler has started down that road with a few tellings off for the fans via statements etc - that will just be the start.
A constant string of lies and false promises - Whyndyke Farm under the Oystons and now the East stand and training ground Sadler has been harping on about for years has all gone quiet.
Sadler has got ticket pricing etc totally wrong which reflects in the shocking amount of walk ons we have on a match day. I don't think we are selling even 1k match tickets after season tickets.

To be honest the list is endless and I could go on and on. There are red flags everywhere and I feel like Appleton is going to take the brunt of it, unfairly imo. It is fast becoming clear where the problem is and I just hope it isn't too late before the majority of you wake up and realize it.
The Gene Pool needs a bit more Chlorine

Of course Sadler is better than the Oyston's but that's hardly setting the bar too high to say the very least.

Typical, black and white AVFTT, Sadler is the best owner in football and nobody is allowed to criticise him for anything until we lose a few games and he's worse than the Oyston's.

I'm thinking he's probably somewhere in between the two.

Does Simon still attends game.
He’s moved back to the UK and lives in Hampshire. Bought his parents a house on Lytham sea front. Attends every game and changed his original plan from overseeing club, to actually managing the club and is very hands on with every decision. He cares very much to what his happening.
to answer original post; one took 50 million out of the club, one invested 50 million of his own money in the club.

What a load of bollocks,
Seen some chite spoke on here but this is up there with the worst of them

The problem is Simon S sees ignorant, ill informed, disrespectful stuff like this and is affected by it. He should rise above really but that's maybe easy to say for one of us.
I wonder if that includes the same disrespectful buffoons who whinged and moaned about football being cancelled following the death of HRH

And in 12 months we will be back where we started, in league one, still without a training ground and a squad severely lacking in numbers and quality as it is made up of loans.

So the question is, as it is looking more and more likely we could go down every week. Where exactly is the progress we have made?? Because I can't see it.

A lick of pain on the stadium just doesn't cut it I'm afraid.

Absolutely this. The tool who started this thread should fuck the fuck off and then fuck off again.

Hey up Karl. How is the Oyston Inn pub concept going?

What the fuck are you talking about? This thread about someone suggesting our current owner is no better than the Oystons. If you think that is the case you uare more than welcome to say so and include youre reasons. You wouldn't be the first and you won't be the last.

If you’re reading this Simon, don’t worry, the vast majority are with you
Sadler is a fantastic chairman. Look where we have come from in such a short space of time. We have to be realistic with our wage structure and transfer strategies. I do not think mass loans are the Answear I prefer shrewd buys like Dom Thompson who you can develop and sell in for a profit. That’s how I believe we move forward. I would like to see us try and make Fiorini permanent in January I think the lad has a great future ahead of him.

Well played 😉

We just wouldn’t get better than SS

He is obsessed with sorting the club out

A club like bfc simply can’t afford to throw money around

Every penny counts

SS has been here since 2019 . He’s put in a lot of money

We achieved promotion to the championship

As far as I’m aware he hasn’t taken a penny out

He could have invested his money into something far more risk free less hassle and likely to produce him good income

Instead he put it into your club to give it a better future

I wouldn’t have done it even if I had his money

Get behind him and his employees and stop moaning

The guy needs to be admired not slated as he is in this attention seeking headline

99.9 per cent of BFC fans know the score but there is the occasional muppet posting on this forum

!PNE ALERT!
!PNE ALERT!

Blatant wind up.

Next!

I actually thought the Oystons made some cracking appointments when it.came to managers.
It’s probably the only thing they got right tbf

The rest of their actions in the main were an absolute disgrace apart from getting Belokon in

Nurse ! Man is complete bloody nutter.

I will echo @Philbfctrois's words about Ben Mansford. I just don't think he's up to the task of player recruitment. He is a decent club operator but, for me, seems to have too many fingers in the pie. I always thought we were due to get a Director of Football which would have taken away the gap when Critchley left. If that is Jon Stephenson then I think he should be moved on based on the last 12 months.

For a start, SS has purchased the land near Poulton for a large training ground/pitches etc.
Would OO & KO have done that??
Also born in Blackpool. OO was born in the NE if I remember correctly.
Also The Os took money etc out of the club.
I'm fairly certain SS would never do that.

This is a

" I wonder if I can get over a ton if I start a thread with this shoite" sort of o/p
