My advice to Sadler, carry on what you're doing, don't read the social media and forum stuff, develop a hard skin for criticism and narrow down the amount of fans groups you're trying to please.

I only give him good with the caveat that I think unless you have billions to spend then you can only be good. Things have undisputedly improved and we're heading in the right direction.
