Huddersfield

Maybe so, but they are up there with the best I’ve seen this season. Good side.

One point ahead , but Bournemouth have 5 games in hand.

They took they're chances well at BR when we failed to turn up for the 2nd half, they crowded the central MF and regrettably Critch didn't react.
At their place, they surrounded the ref, and their keeper ran half the length of the pitch to add pressure to get Gabriel sent off, simply because we were outplaying them when 11 v 11 . They're pretty good at shithousery, I'll give them that, they reminded me very much of Rotherham for that reason. They are a decent championship side but not much more. It didn't help my view of them when their fans were chanting pro-Oyston songs at BR.

I think Dean Hoyle has moved back into the owners chair again so that would be a factor, and they've still got some of the parachute payment rattling in the spare change tin.

A reasonably well run club who were almost ruined by the PL success, but as we know that's quite common.

I think they gave us a footballing lesson at home which might of done us more good in the long run. At their place we was comfortable until their lad jumped 4 foot in the air. Those are the sorts of matches we need to be picking up points from next season if we are to be aiming higher.

They are an example of what we could achieve next season, because hard work and organisation - with a sprinkling of quality - still goes a long way in this league. They deservedly beat us at home, even if 3-0 was a little flattering. But in the away game, we were able to play what I consider to be our strongest team, and we were outplaying them until the sending off. They're 2nd, and yet I don't feel we're that far behind really in terms of quality.
