I just don’t get this Bowler love-i

The thing is he has the pace, the ability and the desire - I'd sooner have a player like that who you can work with than one who struggles to pass wind!

He's a good champo player and I can see a few clubs sniffing around in the january window
Who would you replace him with if he left ?

He's obviously raw and rough round the edges, but as has been said many times, if he was the finished article he wouldn't be playing with us. The guys got pace and causes problems when he runs at teams. He gets us up the pitch quickly and that can open up spaces as it stretches teams. Definitely an improvement to the overall squad and definitely not a passenger.

He's getting better every week. He puts in a shift with his back tracking. He's gutsy and doesnt back down. The Preston defender marking him today was a bullying giant for a full back and took every chance he could to hit him hard. But Bowler never backed off for a second and he gave him a real runaround. Like another poster said he got several of their fouling defenders booked which severely curtailed their tackling. I'm sat in the West so we had a really good view of his first half exploits.
Excellent from Bowler today, his last passes were better, hes getting better. We've found a real gem .

He was brilliant yesterday, his tracking back when they were in that four-on-one counter attack was like watching the roadrunner.

The Wes comparison is apt, he’ll continue to develop and in the meantime creates space for the rest of the team due to the threat he poses. I can’t wait to see more of him and Dale on each wing.

Half a dozen mazy runs into traffic or a final misplaced pass. Tracking back is an afterthought, as if he suddenly remembers he should. He’s a passenger !
Wow, do you watch a different player? He causes so many problems, obviously not all crosses will be perfect, I’d take the assist for the goal.
Watch lees match video and see how many times he leaves the defender in space

That one run in the first half should have seen the of three of their players booked for fouls.

He was outstanding yesterday.

And I think that run back during the 4 or 1 is a lesson to young John-Jules.

I think the lads decent it's just his final ball.
I think he's left footed, so it means either cutting in our crossing with his weaker foot.

I thought yesterday, his final ball was the best we've seen on a consistent basis.

The nobbers didn't have an answer to him yesterday and it was great to see.

He's everything a Blackpool player should be. So exciting to watch him taunt the opposition defenders then glide past them all.

though Bowler had his best game in a tangerine shirt so far. Put in several decent crosses and his tracking back yesterday was much better which is one of my (moderate) criticisms of him. a few mazy dazy runs, and had their full back in his pocket. he can only get better

Bowler is a left footed player playing on the right wing giving him the ability t cut inside and shoot with his favoured left foot.
It is harder to cross with your left foot from the byeline I think his crossing from the byeline would be totally different if he was playing on the left wing.
anyone who has played as a winger will understand this post thoroughly

An absolute delight to watch. Makes you immediately stand up the minute he gets the ball. Defenders must hate playing against him. Great dribbler, good pace and a bright future ahead of him.

Bewildering comment .why do we have fans? Who criticis players who are fundamental to the clubs success on the pitch and when we are doing so well in our first season back. It's depressing.

I don’t know what people expect, he’s an young exciting player who has good close ball control and scares defenders to death and players like him are few and far between, if there was an end product after every run his name would be messi and worth 150m
