Got a tough day one week today, my wife's Mum died one year ago and I know she will take it hard. Got day off to be with her, we don't drink so a bit of retail therapy planned, and some fresh air / dog walking.Keep telling myself it's only one day.

I hope your wife’s been okay today… the first anniversary of your mum’s death is very emotional 😔….
