If you could choose to sign last seasons loan players....

what would your order of preference be and reasons

1) Fiorini - Easy first choice for me. Classy and well rounded midfielder who can boss the game. Exactly what we need. Huge sell on potential
2) Rogers - Lacking in forward options, can play down the centre or from out wide. Possesses a lot of qualities and would be a massive threat in league one. Again huge sell on potential.
3) Poveda - class on the ball and the squad is in need of players that can unlock defences. Again huge sell on potential
4) Patino - Loved being here, will only improve further. Once again huge sell on potential.
5) Nelson - squad lacking in quality CB's, for that reason should probably be higher up this list.
6) Corbeanu - more direct and tricky than Rogers, but overall not as good
7) Bowler - A bit out of sorts, but we know what he can do and would do it on a more regular basis in league one.

Bowler all the time. He would rip League One apart.

Then maybe Rogers. He was improving towards the end of last season and again would be handful in League One. Poveda similar but question mark over his attitude.

Only other player I would take would be Fiorini and maybe Nelson at a push just because we lack centre halves.

Within our wage structure Rogers. He was improving and under Critch who knows.?
The others in my opinion for one reason or another, attitude, skill, temperament fitness, wages etc are a “busted flush”
If I was dreaming a certain E .Simms would fit the bill perfectly

What if you're not being honest?
I would say Yates is staying and we have signed all 7 beating a host of championship and league 1 teams to their signatures. But corbeanu would have to drop to the bench and we start the first game of the season like this.

Grimshaw

Gabriel
Ekpiteta
Nelson
Lyons

Fiorini
Patino

Poveda

Bowler
Yates
Rogers

Rodgers is the most realistic and that's probably pie in the sky.

A deal could be done, but I can't see BFC being arsed to try, they'll see it as impossible and that will be the end of it.

It’s a great question and for me depends on if Yates is staying and who is ready to step up from the development squad. As of now I’d pick Roger’s but ultimately it would depend on answering my first two points.
