Injury update for Saturday

And Bowler for CJ
yep, based on wednesday. Don't wan't to be overly critical of Hamilton because he's probably some way short of being match fit, but his game is all about pace and if you negate that he's pretty ineffective. Bowlet whilst having pace seems to have much more natural ability.

Exactly 20s, CJ needs a bit more time to get up to speed so to speak as he seems a bit off the pace at the moment and looking a bit lost. Bowler is offering a lot more at the moment in particular by cutting in like he did at Bristol and on Wednesday.

I think Bowler and Lavery will come in for CJ and TJJ. Dougall for James, who barely deserves to miss out. Defence not sure. Marv could start. With Keogh or Hubby? Might Hubby go to LB?

I'm not sure that he can start Lavery and Yates if it means changing the favoured starting formation.
Don't want us to start Lavery and play him out of position but if Critch thinks two up front with four in midfield is the way to go to beat Cardiff then it might happen.

A Mick McCarthy managed Cardiff team with Moore up front will probably be direct and physical. I much prefer Husband at centreback but to counter Cardiff attacking strengths we could go with a back four of Connolly Ekpiteta Keogh Husband.
As for midfield and upfront looks so much better with Dougall back and gives us so many options who knows how we will line up!

Yep, it's an attacking line up, with Lavery, Yates, Bowler and Anderson/CJ. If Kenny's fit and breaking things up in midfield I say go for it, they'll never handle us

If Kieefer Moore is in the line up...I would start with Keough and Husband...I dont think Eckpiteta has the Experience or know how on how to handle a player of Moore's Quality and is just feeling his way back...would be very surprised if Critchley changed the back four from the Bristol game.

Stewart is always in with a chance of the next game, but when it arrived he is nowhere to be seen. Next we will hear he's nearly ready but is conspicuous by his absence!

Not much to update injury wise from last night, other than there's no new knocks, Kenny Dougall now pushing for a league start after his 45-minute cameo. Daniel Gretarsson, Kevin Stewart and Gary Madine all making good progress, but Saturday likely to come too soon.
Stewart was supposed to have a chance for the Coventry game, so how come the weekend is now too soon for him? Proper sick note!
