Josh Bowler apologising on Twitter

Best player we've got by a country mile and we got him for a reason. He's young enough to get better and produce an end product, Prem teams aren't going to sign him and start him.
It's football, our best and most productive player had a bad day at the office. Apologise Josh give over, you don't know what you've got until it's gone.
 
I hope one or two who decided to boo on Saturday realise that no one goes out to play badly and at the end of the game no one will feel as bad as the player themselves.
 
Takes some guts to come out openly and admit that.
Gone up in my estimation.👍
Well done Josh, a pity some others haven't the guts to do that.

I think Bowler has earned the right to be greedy, he creates bedlam for defenders and is a decent finisher. I hate it when we try to pass the ball into the net with no one taking responsibility and we end up losing the ball, instead of taking a shot.

Good guy, always a trier, which is usually what we say when they’re not very good, but with his skills, I agree, no apology required. Hope we can keep him, if we don’t hope he goes on to a great career. 👍🍊⚽️🏆

Did I say he looked like him? Answer is no. Did I think it was him - answer is yes. I've already stated that. Have you ever thought that some-one has scored for us and in fact it was some-one else. I'll bet you have- pretty much like most of us have. And no matter what, it was a dreadful mistake for their goal and it cost us a point.

I suppose the point is, you mistook one for the other, so it's not unreasonable to suggest there was a resemblance otherwise there wouldn't be a misidentification. Not my argument.

but you butted in when I'd already said that I was mistaken and I mistook one for the other. If Zobo wants to keep going on about it then there's enough in the locker with the shit he's come out with. As you said though it's not your argument.
