Me and my lad going hospitality at West Brom Tuesday. Can’t wait as I missed going today due to work but at least I can go to all the games now before they break for the World Cup

We did hospitality last year and had a great day, despite the result. The five of us were the only Blackpool in the room and it's a bloody big room !

I know it's a big room. I spent an evening there about 17 years ago interpreting for one of WBA's native Spanish speaking players. Got a soft spot for West Brom.

Did it years ago when I went with a friend, who had been invited by a Baggie work colleague, we were told to be smartish & were. At the entry point we were refused because we weren't wearing ties seemingly our host hadn't been informed of the rule change & it was the first game of the season. From memory he was embarrassed & furious. It was eventually resolved when we were given West Brom kipper ties to wear we did so until we got into the box amidst much piss taking from the others. Trev was playing that day & we played well & missed a pen lost I think.
