Increasing - it’s only reported cases dropping.
Not what they were saying, no doubt they will repeat shortlyONS report covers the w/e 24 July, so is a week to 2 weeks out of date.
me tooIn fairness I am more interested in hospital admissions than case count now.
Ok - I am interested in primary covid cases being admittedHospital cases do not report those who are in hospital because of Covid. They cover those in hospital who have Covid but about a quarter are in there because of something else. A subtle but important distinction. Of 5021 patients done 3855 were ‘primarily Covid’ : source Dept of Health

AgreeOnly admissions WITH Covid mean anything now, we can't shut it all down again if no one's going to hospital with it.
I agree to a degree but as an employer my concern is staff having to self-isolateOnly admissions WITH Covid mean anything now, we can't shut it all down again if no one's going to hospital with it.

Also I have to say productivity is horribly down as many people seem incapable of working at home and not being totally distracted.I agree to a degree but as an employer my concern is staff having to self-isolate
I couldn’t do it, I know I couldn’t and to be honest I really wouldn’t want to either. Also I have to say productivity is horribly down as many people seem incapable of working at home and not being totally distracted.
I’d say it’s an actual skill now - ability to work from home and actually put a real days work in?
Snap. It is horribleI find working from home miserable if you always do it.
I need real life human contact
Some people with desk jobs seem to be able to be paid to spend all day on here as wellAlso I have to say productivity is horribly down as many people seem incapable of working at home and not being totally distracted.
