ThisTurton a good professional at League One level, KK too inconsistent I guess and Critchley will have his sights on better I’d have thought.

SKK was an inconsistent luxury at times in League 1. He’s a player that needs to ball going through him a lot as his off the ball work isn’t good enough. The return on that trust from a coach has never been worth the risk. Look at his stats in terms of goals and assists. There were better performers in League 1 and I don’t see how that would improve in a higher league.Yes I appreciate the opinion bit, hope I’m not being a bit strong.
I get that as a sub. He certainly isn’t a starter.

Certainly very gifted but also very inconsistent. Sadly he goes missing too often…Love kaikai, most gifted at the club by a country mile. As already stated, I think he would have excelled at Championship level.
Thank you for your contribution Sullay, I'll always remember the Sunderland goal.
Lincoln, hence the own goal...Turton was offered a contract, but has signed an agreement with another club.
Only with teams in a different countryI thought if they were in the last 6 months they can sign with anyone on a pre contract. Is that not the case?
Tend to agree with this, and I think the club are being pretty clear-headed about what needs to be done.SKK was an inconsistent luxury at times in League 1. For Turton it was always going to be about whether he’d accept a bit-part role, potentially on a reduced wage or with no increase despite the promotion.
Shame for both, but I totally understand the thinking from the club.
Re Madine, I think he’s a good Ben Burgess type option IF the deal and likely squad role suits all parties.
Huddersfield just been announcedI wonder if Turton is going to Fleetwood or maybe even back to Crewe? He probably wants to be a starter at whichever club he goes to but deserves a lot of credit for the role(s) he played this season and the professional way he went about it. KaiKai again is a frustrating player at times, loads of ability but he did appear to have lost a bit of pace. If the goal at Sunderland is his legacy then it's not a bad one to bow out with. The one I am most surprised about is Madine being offered a contract. It doesn't mean he will sign it but I got the feeling that he and Critch didn't always get a long. It's going to be an interesting and exciting summer.
ReallyHuddersfield just been announced
Good spot. Huddersfield. He's 29 in December so last chance of a big contract. As pre-contracts can be signed months in advance, bearing in mind we were mid-table at the time, I reckon it is one of the lower Championship Northern clubs like Stoke, Huddersfield or if he's been unlucky one of the relegated pair Rotherham or Sheff Wed.
Are you off to Huddersfield thenTurton is about as Championship quality as I am…
Agree. And he's also substantial experience of the division. To say "he isn't good enough" is totally untrue. And Critch clearly thinks he is.Offered a new contract... doesn't mean it on better terms. I'd like him at the club as an option. But he'd have to be the same cost as last season
No, you must be better than that.Turton is about as Championship quality as I am…
Wrong it would appear. Huddersfield. I said earlier on today they'd be some surprises going out and some surprises coming in. Very surprised and a bit sad that Turts jumpedyou can't sign pre contracts with english clubs so if agreed a while ago it'll be Scotland or abroad.
Huddersfield seem to think he ll be okTurton is about as Championship quality as I am…
Harsh, he did an excellent job for us this season. Huddesfield seem to think he'll be okNo, you must be better than that.
Good luck to him, just because I don’t rate as a player doesn’t mean I bear him any malice. I had nothing against him personally, don’t know the fella, just didn’t rate him. Anyway he’s gone now, suppose I’ll have to find a new whipping boy.Huddersfield seem to think he ll be ok

I should be an agent!Good spot. Huddersfield.
Nah, they probably couldn’t afford you.I should be an agent!
Wow, who do you play for?Turton is about as Championship quality as I am…
Huddersfield!Good luck to them both. I guess Ollie was worried about game time. Interesting to see where he’s gone. Crewe again maybe??
sullay is a bit of a surprise but again, a big part of our season and I also wish him well.
Yeah great result for him, I’m happy for him.Huddersfield!
Can't get in the Luton team.Tom Ince to replace KaiKai, you heard it here first
Yep. And one of the few 'positives' of the previous era was knowing that there's a lot of options within the loan system. Obviously continuity is good and on that basis you'd think getting Ballard and Simms back would be something we'd want to do, but if that doesn't come about there's a lot of other options from the PL clubs. But we always knew that would be the case. It’s not like we were going to sign them within five days of the end of the season.
