never realised what a difference a dry pitch could make to one team. get the hoses out Karl or dust off your rain dance.

I agree, it’s all very positive from their fans. One even posted “can we poach their manager, tactical magician”
 
Is he having a go at their groundsman for forgetting to put the sprinklers on!
Seems like an odd excuse, I would have thought they would prepare their own pitch to their own liking.
Maybe we should tell our bloke to stop watering the pitch because our lads seemed to enjoy the dry surface!
 
As I posted at the start of the thread all losing Managers come out with the same stuff after the match but as I said he took waffle to another level...totally confusing babbling.
 
I'm all for a manager defending his side and not berating them but they should always praise the opposition when it warrants it. Sour grapes there mate.
