Kicked off in hospitality

No but you hide behind a user name whilst pretending to be somebody else
Here we go, another midget middle aged man who thinks he's something. Your mouths bigger than your whole body. Do you need a pair of step ladders to get the coffee out of the kitchen cupboard?

RB seems to be suggesting (and I might be reading it wrong) that the Bolton Fans just celebrated a goal, which sparked an aggro reaction from our fans… So it doesn’t sound like they (the Bolton Group) were looking to cause trouble?
Not exactly pal, some were pointing and gesticulating at Pool fans looking at them, it's asking for trouble once you go down that road.

Like I've said, you get a dozen pissed up lads supporting Bolton in amongst home fans, you're asking for trouble.

If Bolton had won the game it would have escalated that's for sure.

In that case I think a firm warning to sort out their behaviour, followed by ejecting them if they don’t behave, is the way to deal with it on the day, although from what @Martonmosser is saying some of them should have probably been refused entry based on dress code from the outset though.

I do agree with you about the groups though 100% as it’s a recipe for trouble. So as far as future policy goes, I think it’s probably best to not accept group bookings for away fans.

My main gripe was the idea of a complete blanket ban on anyone inviting an Away Guest, which I think is overkill.

I agree pal, there is nothing wrong with sensible people being told to sit on their hands and respect the fact they are amongst home fans if they are in small groups of a maximum of up to four.

I've done it several times at places like Fleetwood, Wigan and Newcastle back when were a Prem side and never had an issue.

The problem is when the numbers go up to a dozen and they have too many pints of "brave juice" and typically they then become lairy.

A couple of business guests is a totally different matter to a dozen mates piling in there and causing problems.

I think Blackpool FC need to take heed of this.

Bit ott getting a firm in but it'd probably work 👍

Let's get wpc back on the forum and have a bit of balance.

Always good listening to his views on matters and his tips on the football.

I seem to remember that he was an expert on Welsh football.
Are you sure he hadn't fallen asleep at the keyboard?

He is on the forum.

For feck sake, I thought I'd got rid of you !!!!!!!!!!

Only kidding Wiz, forget all the other nonsense and sorry for taking so long to get back to you all the time - my internet is fecked at the moment.

So wpc is out and about on the forum again ?

I don't come on too much myself these days and that will be even less in the future but I'm surprised that I've not come across the great man yet.

There's been plenty (thousands) of Bolton on the Kop since that tragic day. The key factor is that there was segregation. There shouldn't be access to hospitality for groups of away fans, that is just asking for trouble in a highly charged Derby game. These kind of things can spiral out of control very quickly you only have to look back to the tragic events in the Burnley game last season.
