Liverpool are all about sell on clauses, and I would argue he would increase in value far more by coming of age at a Championship club than any of the clubs mentioned in that list. Would be a fantastic signing, make no mistake about that.

If he’s that good, he will be worth the investment, but it’s about whether or not Mr Critchley and his team are confident enough in the lads ability , attitude and impact on the team ! 2 million pounds is an awful lot of money to splash on a youngster.

ar this point in time I'd say we can't or shouldn't be paying 2 mil for players that aren't very effective. For 2 mil and in a position we are I'd want a player who was much further down the line in terms of development and some-one who already had a fair bit of league experience.
