This is purely for research to see how the AVFTT world considers 'what is acceptable' in this current situation. All posts should ONLY show your view on what you think it is acceptable to do in this current situation. Be honest and don't worry about the self-isolation police (although potentially care about the ACTUAL police...) I think it will be interesting to see how varied our individual interpretation of the 'rules' are. If you don't agree with someone's view, then bite your lip. This is not about calling people out, just getting a view of how people see it. I don't mind starting:
I think it's fine to go for a quick walk in the morning (usually with a shop stop for bread & milk) to get myself going and some proper exercise (jog, bike ride or longer walk) later in the day. I also think it's ok for me to pop to my corner shop (20 yards away) if i fancy a beer or something.
On a weekend, I will drive to get my main shop (to try and limit weekly visits) and i will go out for an extended walk to kill time, but I try to stay away from obvious 'beauty spots' and areas where there's likely to be more people (parks etc...)
Through all outdoor activities, i will look to maintain clear distance to anyone I see by walking/jogging in the road or zig-zagging across pavements where necessary.
