Luton away - now on Sky

Fucksake... so annoying... why on earth they can't televise games and keep them at 3pm i will never know... Was gonna go to Luton and make a full weekend of it. Really can't be arsed now.

More chance of skimpy underwear being on those washing lines in the back gardens on the way into the away end. Saturday morning washing and all that, for anyone interested in that kind of thing 🤣

Sky and Blackpool…….wait forever for a game to be shown then like buses 3 come along all at once😉
….unfortunately the chances of anyone showing it in the local pubs round here will be a fat zero….even more so as BT have ARSEnal v Manure at 12 30 too🤢

Yep clashes with Arsenal v Man utd I'd be surprised if the pubs around Blackpool have us on.

That's a bit shot for the travelling fans.
I was at the EFL fans do some years back when Newcastle and Leeds fans were complaining about these TV moves, but all the Sky executive in attendance was interested in was viewing figures and advertising revenues.

Its part of parcel of becoming more successful, but I think its damaging football and ruining the traditional day out supporters

Most people attending would be setting off about 6am anyway, you can still set off at the same time, just means we can all have a few hours extra afterwards to celebrate a win before going home👍🏻

Last time I was there I was in the gents having a wee wee , happened to glance up and someone was watching me from their bathroom window 😯

Not sure what it's like now, but I can remember the list I made for them after doing a Health & Safety visit!

Local for me but still a bit unhappy my day’s been messed up.

I suppose I could try to get pissed on the train from Bedford.

Or watch a match alcohol free which is always a bit odd tbh.

I remember going to a Luton v Pool game many years ago.
With other Pool fans in a pub and 3 Coppers came in. The usual moans about 'Coppers' were heard.
The Sergeant looked around and walked over to us, he held out his hand and said 'Hi Dave, how are you?'.
I had worked at Bedford Police for a number of years, he was at Bedford then.
