Absolutely exceptional today. His passing and hold up play was pretty much faultless with plenty of shithousery mixed in. Same again next Saturday please Gary.
Yes, I agree. I think the biggest problem is our first clearance which generally tends to go to one of the oppostion players. We need to improve on the decision making in this area. When to put our foot through it and when to pick a potential breakaway pass. The big positive is that the midfield is now looking far more productive and threatening and our attackers are back in form and finally providing the quality in the final third that we have been desperately missing for much of this season...It's coming together but the defence is an issue. We need Husband back.
Yes, he was exceptional both in attack and defence. I'm hopeful that we will appeal on his red as he didn't do anything that warranted it. When it gets reviewed it should be the SU player that flung him to the floor that gets it (if he wasn't the one that did get a red?) and Shayne will be available to score a hatrick against the nobbers next weekend...best game Lavery had had for months too.
Was it ever, he was a man possessed.best game Lavery had had for months too.
Yep, that’s the best he has played since before his injury almost a year ago. The old Lavery bite was back today, snapping at everything.best game Lavery had had for months too.
