Mentioned it in another thread but would Gareth Ainsworth not be worth a punt? Always seemed like a decent guy and a good manager and surely Wycombe aren't paying him money we can't match/better, also he is a northern lad.
 
sorry but Sean Dyche would come nowhere near us after managing in the premier league for the last few years.
 
Simon Rusk came very close to being appointed before Critch.

However his stock has dropped significantly since then.

Same back ground and MO as the club at the minute.

Not saying I’d want it. But it’s the direction the club could look as a ready made replacement for Crotchley.
 
Got to be somebody to continue with the vision that SS had/has. There is a new Blackpool model so it cannot be torn up by appointing someone like Dyche.

PS Not sure that moving from No1 here to No2 at a middling Premiership club is a good move unless Gerrard has indicated he is moving on soon.
 
EVO, EVO, EVO! Somebody who really loves OUR Club and has done well so far. Maybe Charlie as his assistant. We’d certainly sell some season tickets then!
I haven’t renewed yet; got until the end of June. If some “dummy” is appointed, maybe I will call it a day after more than 60 years!
Very disappointed with Critchley. All this talk of how much he loves our Club, the players and the supporters and gets on so well with Simon. Then, off he goes to join his mate at a second rate team. Hope they get relegated next season!
