People need to have a good hard look at themselves and stop with the constant negativity

It's fcuking draining

Every bastard day another thread about Appleton or a possible replacement, he's literally being blamed for everything and some of the names mentioned are ridiculous

Stop being babies, forget the manager and get behind the team

We have some massive games coming up

Your club needs you !!!!!!!!!!!!

Some massive games coming up which we have no chance of winning so long as that idiot is still manager.

Take your head out of the sand and see that he is utterly clueless, he will not improve, does not learn and is taking us down.

It is not a case of being babies, it is a case of wanting the best for our football club

Exhibit A

You have to be the biggest hypocrite I’ve ever come across, Phil.

Last season you whinged and whinged about Critchley, whilst we were picking up points and stayed up comfortably.

Your argument was to people who told you to stop being negative “do you not want better for our club, that’s not being negative”.

This season you seem hell bent on defending the worst manager in the league (and probably league below), and calling people negative who want change in an attempt to stay in this division.

We aren’t being negative - we want better for our club - as you put it last season.

Delusional.

Yet again you miss the point

I'm not sure if you are doing it on purpose or if you are just a bit thick

No point missed at all.

The only conclusion I can come to from all of your posts, over the course of the last couple of seasons is that you clearly don’t understand football.

Maybe it’s just not the sport for you.
Of course you miss the point you miss everything and resort to making things up to try and score cheap points

You still haven't shown me all my so called posts saying I was happy with the Appleton appointment

I agree to the point that Saturday is massive, and even if we go a goal down, the support needs to do just that, support for the full 90 minutes. No good chanting against the manager, save that for after the game if we get beat. As discussed on the weekend, it is at the point now where if something doesn't change, we'll go down, and unfortunately the manager is the thing that can and should be changed.

I’ve got better things to do that trawl through all the drivel that you post - there’s a lot!

What have I made up this time? You are defending Crappleton.

When I last looked, 93% of fans wanting him gone, the other 7% are no doubt your numerous usernames.

When over 90% of the fanbase think one thing and you think differently then maybe it is you who needs to have a hard look at yourself. We all want the best for the club.

Is it 4 points in 30 or something now?

I agree that we should be behind them on a Saturday but this reaction is quite tame compared to how some clubs would react.

I don't think blaming the fans is any more constructive than the negativity on a Saturday.

Don't make things up then, it's simple really

That have been thrown all over the place and get behind Appleton

I'm certainly happier with this appointment than the Critchley one (as it proved)
Happier ????

So I'm not saying I wanted him as a manger just that it's better than Critchley

I dont know anyone who wanted Appleton as manager

You asked me to show you your ‘so called posts’ saying you was happy with the appointment.

I’d say that answers your question.

Let me know if there’s anything else you’d like me to clear up that I’ve supposedly made up.

Happier with Crappleton, a manager who’s guided us to a mighty 4 points from a possible 30, but it’s ok because there’s another 50 to play for.

It doesn't at all you have read something else into what I posted

I certainly wasn't happy with the Appleton appointment I think it was bizarre but not quite as bizarre as going all in on Critchley

Anyone one in their right mind would love to see Appleton turn it around - there comes a point though where it's not going to happen. If we lose on Saturday to another relegation fighting team and a gap starts developing from safety, then he's got to go. On Saturday though, it needs a united front, with the players coming out battling and the supporters roaring them on. I'm hopeful we can get the result we need then, and some belief and positivity comes back all round.

Good post but in my opinion he should have gone long ago… he hasn’t so we get behind him against Huddersfield… if we fault to win that and he’s still here then I firmly blame the board and I think many fans will turn on them…Saturday has to be a fan base that is unities and supporting the team for the full 90 … no turning on each other if we fall behind and no Appleton out either … that can be saved until after the game if we fail to win.

Phil just loves going against the grain.
He backed Paul Ince to the hilt aswell.

Even if Appleton did somehow keep us up (all the evidence suggests he won’t) he’s still not the man to take this club forward in the medium term. He’s just not.

Rogers, Bowler, Trybull and Lyons were an absolute gift and actually gave him chance to start afresh to some degree but he somehow managed to take all that positivity and piss it up against the wall in the space of 3 hours on Saturday with crap team selection, tactics and poor squad management.

No point in talking to Phil about Appleton (he is ** obsessed with the useless prick )just do not reply to his posts.

It's a bit rich coming from a guy who slated Critchley at every given opportunity last season. But the stats don't lie. Critchley is streets ahead of Appleton.

Your man is taking us down. I wish it weren't the case. But I've seen enough from him to believe we are in the shit and it won't change until he's been sacked.

Don't forget twinkle-eyed.
I’m talking about the decision / appointment rather than the individual. ‘twinkle-eyed’ wouldn’t make any sense…

Have you heard the one about the two Irish pornstars?

Ben Dorset and Phil McTavish’👍

Oh, I don't know. A bit of twinkle might have swayed it his way ✨

Thanks

Let's be honest the atmosphere all season has been poor, people too entranced with their hatred of the manager to see the damage they are doing
I think we’ve been quite patient given the circumstances. Reality catches up with hope eventually especially when the package overall has been as poor as it has has been. I agree Critchley leaving as he did affected the enthusiasm levels, which is why bringing a dour plank like Appleton was crazy in the first place but most average fans have given him a fair enough crack at it.

It is the manager who picks the team and decides the tactics. If it works he gets the praise and glory for being so good. However when it is constantly going wrong, and the statistics speak for themselves ay the moment, then he is getting it wrong and so should expect the wrath of the fans. If players are constantly being played out of position then it isn't their fault and on the whole the fans support the players when at the match. There are always going to be players who are not playing up to their full capacity and the problem with ours at the moment is they all seem to be on a downer and lacking confidence because of the poor results caused by the tactics and poor management of the team. The fans are behind the team but the fans are being let down by the team manager. The only result most of us see at the moment is an upcoming relegation.

Simple terms, Appleton is taking the club backwards, alienating the fans, effecting attendances, stick with him and its back to League1, lose on Saturday and a massive shit storm will ensue.Ive been in the give him time and consider the costly summer mistakes and the mounting injuries, but enough is enough,Appleton does not suit BFC and I want him out before we are relegated and playing to 4,500 crowds and it will happen with him in charge.
