In the Summertime, perhaps
Edit: Not with us though.
My bad that oneSimilar tune, but ‘In The Summertime’ is by Mungo Jerry, whilst Terry Dactyl & The Dinosaurs hit the charts with ‘Seaside Shuffle’ - which certainly wouldn’t be insppropriate either, mind ye….
Not really to be honest palAmazing that one of our few creative players isn’t in starting 11
We will never know for sure mate, but I don't think it would have been any worseCan’t go to Bloomers until this dinosaur is out of our club. Just dreadful football. Going down without a fight just isn’t acceptable.
Wonder just wonder whether we’d be 6 pts from safety had Appleton stayed

I'm the same, normally get to the Armfield for about an hour before kick off, full of positive energyI feel like that and living where I do I have to set off an hour and a half before at the latest to get there at a reasonable time.
But every time I hear the team news these days I wish I had not bothered.
Bang on and its not really a surprise on how we play under this **It is very bloody depressing. Saw the line up and you knew the game was written. McCarthy was a frying pan to fire appointment. Sadler is saying he's putting 90m into the club - you'd want more than this wouldn't you? He needs better advice on how to run the football side I think. I'm not anti Sadler, we are fortunate to have a committed owner putting money in, but the decision making is looking very poor. There's no way the squad of platers we have had this season should have ended up this aimless and abject. Lots of things have been put right at the club over the last 4 years and we should appreciate that and I do, but the most important thing, the football, is in disarray really. And the same people who have made very poor decisions thus far will make the future decisions. I see Sadler has said there was no plan in place for Critchley leaving, it took them by surprise. Blimey. Experienced business people. Really? Everyone knows that football players and coaches come and go with the wind.
Soul destroying, to say the least, and every week I think before I set off surely we have to go for it in this gameI'm the same, normally get to the Armfield for about an hour before kick off, full of positive energy
Then I see the team news and wish I hadn't bothered travelling
