Apart from selling Adam Wharton for EIGHTEEN MILLION pounds and Not Completing the transfer of Duncan Maguire due to some clown pressing the Save button instead of send the documents it appears that T,ROVERS are likely to part with Jon dal Thommason. What a shambles . if you cant even work out how to send a vital document then Blackburn Rovers big cheese should do the decent thing. And then not allowing the Head Coach to do press calls. OH and you cant buy as win and are slowly dropping to the foot of the Championship. WTF . AND people call out our heirachy for this that and the other. priceless.

Watched Rovers against Wrexham on TV, they looked a tidy team who got the ball up the park by neat passing. It struck me when watching them that they were miles better than anything I have seen in League 1 this season.

They have just done what all Lancs town teams should do, develop young players and sell them on.

But again you come to the economics of trying to compete in the Champ with lower than average attendances for that league and an owner who has decided they have put in enough.

Astonishingly (to me) Rovers average gate of just over 15K is the second lowest in the Champ. It’s a fairly terrifying stat in terms of us competing in that league at some time in the future.

Its fairly obvious that thomason was promised a playing budget which the owners have gone back on. And werrnt there transfer chaos there last January.

But there are 2 clubs in the prem with smaller grounds than us in Luton and Bournemouth

I DONT think Thomason will be there by the weekend. he offered his resignation Without compensation but the club refused it.

Didn’t realise that they are only 5 points above the relegation zone. I’m sure they were in play offs in the first quarter of the season. Certainly no easy games now because they will start feeling the pressure.
I remember us playing there quite a few years ago but can’t remember if it was a league or cup match.
Anyway we were in the Darwin End (as usual) and I was close to their East stand.
We were playing well and their supporters were really getting frustrated and I distinctly remember one of their supporters, who walked down to the side of the pitch and threw his scarf onto the pitch and stormed out.
Doesn’t sound much now but it was hilarious at the time

Maybe it's time for another fan protest till they win a few games.
They never quite got it like we did. We were consistent.

They are away at Stoke City on the weekend. Lose that and they truely will be in a relegation scrap. its pretty obvious that Thommason has had enough. IF you have just sold a player for eighteen million pounds surely you would expect some of that towards your budget. And they have made a few bob on Bradley Dack and the other one that left. cant remember his name. Premier League Champions thirty years ago.
