Hope MM is not going to waste 3 or 4 games before he realises we don't/can't do defending. Midfield is the key to survival
 
Maxwell and Grimmy both in goal wouldn't have saved that it was outstanding.

I just can't get my head around why we went and got so many flair players, sack the manager who wanted them and then appoint a manager who plays defensively where flair players are surplus to requirements. The decision making has been absolutely indefensible.

Still plenty of time with subs to come on, Great free kick routine there and decent play. The trouble is we haven't got time to settle into MM's tactics we have to be spot on from the start.
 
Can’t play like this against Huddersfield and Rotherham - we will
Need to score more than they do which will mean we will need to attack
 
Feels like 95% possession for them, we cannot string 2 passes together. It’s just a big boot out of defence every time

HT 0-1. Boro look to be the best side we've played this season and are at a different level to us. We're losing out in every area of the field. What really annoys me is the way little Archer has pushed Goode around.

Held on to Appleton too long. Hoping for upturn. Didn't work out.

Only 1-0 at HT and we've had 4 shots to their 3. 😆
 
Just like the players, we need to keep calm under pressure. We’re still in it at 1-0 down. But really need to up our game second half and produce a moment or two of magic with a dollop of luck thrown in.

I’d be very surprised if Boro aren’t top six come May.

I'm fucked off with terrible decision making Voy, they're behind with everything they do and it keeps getting worse.

I know I'm a lone wolf, but I just can't be doing with them. I hope MM gets this lot stuck in and fighting for every point, we may still get something out of this but I struggle with getting a load of flair players in who then won't get picked or won't suit the system.
 
Very poor first half yes I know were playing against a team in 3rd place bang on form but we should be offering something.

We’re being completely overrun in midfield and we don’t look like we could score if we played till tomorrow sound familiar?

I wouldn’t put it down to Maxwell for being 1 down at half time. Let’s face it we have been dreadful. Hopefully bring some talent on 2nd half and keep the ball for more than 5 seconds!

I'm really annoyed at this performance set up and selection. Why the fcuk do you set up in a way that you need to playing CJ fcuking Hamilton and Lavery whilst leaving Rogers and Poveda on the bench and Bowler out of position. Absolutely fcuking criminal.
 
I am sorry Mick, we need to play to our strengths, it’s not happening as it is. To stay up we need goals and wins, draws are no good, at the moment we are coming away with fuck all. Play on the front foot instead of sitting back and inviting them on to us.
