Morgan Rogers and Fiorini available again?

Both are future PL players. Would love to have them back but can’t see either dropping to L1 now unfortunately.

Neither one of them will get anywhere near the Premiership. Championship at best.

Seriously. Despite being mismanaged he was clearly a cut above what we had.

I rated them both but to be honest I would rather spend money on a decent forward if we are serious about promotion. Our attack was far too lightweight and predictable last season and posed little threat.

We need to hold the ball up to relieve the defence which only Madine did with any purpose and failure to score when we were on top in games cost us dearly.

I think if we're all honest they were both lower Championship quality players and therefore also top half League One players - I think if we wanted them enough we'd have a good shot at getting them but I would question if we need either?

I'd absolutely take both of them if we could. Rogers as either a winger or he was coming on more and more as a striker too the more he played there. Fiorini was clearly a very good player despite injuries and both of them tbf were totally misused in the jurrasic period so I don't think we saw the best of either of them. I'd be delighted if we could swing it but I'm not sure they'll go league 1 if I'm being realistic

Would take both in a heartbeat and surely they would entertain coming back given their both local lads and a new buzz about the place, but I suppose it depends which championship clubs come calling

No, no, no, you’ve not got this football supporting lark have you? You watch a player a few times, make a final and definitive judgement that he’s either the second coming of Maradona or a total useless donkey who you were better than when you had a trial for bamber bridge aged 13 at school.

A players age, injury status and any other factors are not relevant, it’s all binary - good/bad - end of story!!

Every time Fiorini played we seemed to win. I have absolutely no facts to back this up so it is probably complete bollocks.

It's not. I worked out that if based on PPG when Fiorini started we would have been on course to finish 7th!

I can't remember the exact numbers but he was definitely our winningest player as the Americans would probably say.
