Most disappointing city

Great photo.

As for Stockholm that’s really interesting to hear. It’s been on my list for no more reasons than I know little about Sweden and I’m trying to push myself towards more diverse choices. Will bear all that in mind so thanks 👍
Stockholm is fantastic, i did some work there a few years ago, for about four months and flew in for two or three days most weeks. Middle of winter, freezing cold, really liked the place. It is horrendously expensive though. One of the best hotels i ever stayed in was juts outside stockholm on the coast, it was more a lodge, but one of the most comfortable rooms ive ever had in a hotel.

the place that was really underwhelming for me was Jerusalem, i went with a practicing believer who had talked the place up so much, less impressive than preston

Have to admit I was totally underwhelmed by Melbourne. Enjoyed the MCG but after that wasn't blown away by any of it.
Same with Athens, although it's close on 50 years since I went. Acropolis and that's it whereas Istanbul blew me away.

I liked Sydney but it wasn't quite what I was expecting. Not quite sure how to explain it, but it just didn't click with me.

I hated every second I spent in New York.

Birmingham has no redeeming features.
Have you been to Birmingham recently? The city centre is actually quite nice now. OK it's nothing spectacular but I've seen far worse.

Not for a little while. I spent some time there about 15 years ago and didn't want to go back. The only part of it I've been since is the train station. I'll have to take your word for it.

I liked Paris and I didn't if you get my drift. I was only in my 20s though and I was looking for traditional pubs lol....
Spent an evening in Lille in 92 and had a flick knife pulled on me, it wasn't a great place.
