Anyone else not received a pdf to print their ticket off.

Got confirmation purchase email but no pdf.

Not in spam box

Club said its down to Ticketmaster who have taken the money from my account.

The girl in the ticket office couldnt offer an option as to what happens if it dorsnt arrive

Took me a while to find mine. Because there's about 6 links to other offers in the email it presumed it was malware.
 
I have received 1 ticket out of 3... emailed; no answer. Phoned twice. Told it was Ticketmaster and they’d phone back yesterday. They didn’t.

Mine was in junk
 
Mine was also in the junk mail but I really dislike ticketmaster they are legalised touts and their customer service is dismal. Once they have your money they couldn't give two flying ones.
 
I had a single pdf with the email, but it had 2 pages to cover the 2 tickets (for separate ST client numbers) that I had ordered
 
I phoned this pm and they sent the pdf through by e-mail straight away. Worth giving them a ring on 01253 599745 if it hasn't come through.
 
I couldn't buy ticket on website "error on page" issue, emailed ticket office with screenshot. They mailed me back saying they would phone me to sort this. They phoned I bought ticket over phone and pdf was in my inbox within minutes.
Excellent service and a big well done to all in the ticket office.

I’m sure any issues will get sorted. Professional outfit now . That being said i never had any issues with the ticket office when the odious ones were in charge . One thing they did get right was keeping the till ringing.
 
They have just phoned me now
Problem with some random Hotmail addresses apparently.

Gave em another email address and it came through straight away.😀😀😀
