Nobbers tickets

I know they've given us our allocation, but what's the bet that they fold in the days coming up to the game, as they haven't sold their own tickets (even with their freebies and bring your nan special offers), and give us more?

yep, but clearly you haven't considered where they'd put us. Are you seriously suggesting that in view of all the reasons the match has been switched in the first place that they'd now consider putting our fans in more than one stand? No chance..

No i haven't, you're right. Have they given us an entire stand then? Just coz normally we reserve allocation for the aways if we don't sell out, and other clubs are able to release further tickets when we sell out the away tickets...

What dyou mean "all the reasons"? Do you mean because the tories are in town on the day that was previously scheduled? Are there any other reasons?

That won’t happen in a million years. As funny as it would be .

nope, you should know they've only given us half the Kop and from what i can gather they've pretty much sold out the other half to their own fans.
Tories in town means more police required and I'd imagine the game is classed as high risk for trouble or whatever term you wish to choose. That's why it's been rescheduled. Don't agree with the decision but they clearly gave it serious consideration and decided to move it.

PKE could have had a 'sold out' sign, outside Sleepdale for the 1st time in it's entire history................NO
PKE could have had an extra £500K in the bank just for this game with extra tickets + sky money........NO
PKE could have got new fans turning up, experiencing a fantastic atmosphere rather than silence..........NO

They are a bitter football club.......& they are scared of 5,000 Pool fans turning up and making PKE look........embarrassed!!!!

The 8,000 that normally turn up to games are scared to be out sung and embarrassed (Big Boo) like they were at Bloomfield.
Imagine; it's a celebration game for them.......16,000 knobbers.......well..8,000 Knobbers and 8,000 freebies & those that brought their gran.

They have bought a big flag just for the day........
They are giving out 'FREE' tickets......confirmed by their own fans & those local schools using them as punishment for kids.
They are even having a collection to 'PAY' poor people to turn up...They have only raised £400.......And you would think they would donate this money to the Ukraine..........rather than buy 8 tickets for people who DONT WANT TO GO.....

If they lose this game.....or even draw it........The half wits will go into melt down.......BIG BOOOOOOO
They need to win this game more than anything in the last 20 years of mediocrity

This just allows PKE to be bitter towards another local team......which just about sums up their whole club (and fans).........

Give us extra tickets????.......They would rather buy Peter Ridsdale a new tropical fish tank.....

You are showing yourself up fella we only have 2700 tickets left in total . You have only had 1 sell out all season that was against us 13500 gate .
I am starting to believe you lot are brain dead.
There is no free tickets for the match for the match just a few generous fans on pne online who have raised £500 to buy tickets for some fans that can’t afford to go . . We would have sold out if it hadn’t been live on sky tv.
I think you now realise just how we felt in the reverse fixture .
With what happening in Ukrainian.
I think your fans need to grow up support your team on sky or at Bloomfield rd it just 1 match.

Wishful thinking can't and won't happen.

Every block has sold some tickets so they would have to be relocated then the problem of segregation and concourse.

They should of sold out the ground first and kept half the kop back for themselves if needed not the other way around moved/sold the area out first.

Business acumen of a fart.

Les than 2700 left

I’m not really interested in the childish ‘my dad’s bigger than your dad’ nonsense that seems to obsess supporters of all clubs everywhere. I’d prefer to deal in some facts. What you choose to do with these facts is up to you, after all, it’s a forum.

1. Blackpool FC gave us 2200 tickets, that was your choice. You did it because you could sell the remaining tickets to your own fans. That’s fair enough.
2. Around the same time you gave more tickets to Plastic Rovers and I believe, Barnsley. Again your choice. Presumably because you felt you wouldn’t sell them to your own supporters.
3. Some of your less intelligent fans claimed this was because North End wouldn’t sell them anyway. Completely ignoring the fact that we have sold out the Darwen End (7000) at Rovers in recent seasons and just as an example took 2600 to Coventry a couple of weeks ago.
4. There are no ‘free’ tickets being dished out for the upcoming match between us at Deepdale. There is a fundraiser by fans for fans who can’t afford them and there are also a lot of Nobbers pretending they got a free ticket when they are really taking the piss out of how gullible some Lashers are on social media. There may well be some community tickets for primary schools which all clubs do around the country, I don’t really know.
5. If we don’t sell out that’s our prerogative. You made your choice and we made ours. It’s clear that there are already 16000 home tickets sold (with no reductions, another myth being peddled online). So with your 2200, the same allocation you gave us then the gate will be 18000+.

You’ve made a good return to the Championship and are naturally buoyant. We’ve had 7 years treading water and are just starting to get the feeling back. I hope it’s a good game and obviously I hope for the right result for us but one thing we couldn’t care less about…. If we don’t sell out. You made a choice, we made ours. It’s that simple.

And what don't you get you thick ** our away end holds exactly what allocation you got same for Man utd + Liverpool etc in the PL.

The only time the aways has been increased when we haven't sold the home end out.

That been every match except when u played us 😂😂
If we had given you the all the BS stand we would have less than 700 left for home fans.
North end has made the right decision for once .
We play rovers in a few weeks they will get the full stand as they gave us a full allocation.
You decided to sell our 1000 tickets to home fans & let’s be honest they we all young lads looking for trouble.

Not quite that simple though is it, the decision was made for us over "safety concerns" exiting the East by Lancashire Police, we had to limit your following to 2.2k. On top of that, we had the demand regardless to sell every other seat in our stadium in a regular time frame.

You lot have done it purely out of spite, a tick for tack response and in order to try and sell the additional tickets you put them on sale 3 months in advance to the game and added a "pay your respects to Tom Finney" on top for good measure.

You should care if you sell out or not as that's the only thing that will save your football club from looking like less of a petty embarrassment.

Spite/choice call it what you will. We’re happy with the choice.

Tit for tat, by the way.

Funny how they went from hating Risdale to lots of them giving him praise for the way he's 'handled' the situation...

An initial situation most of them can't get their heads round, in that the police didn't want nobbers any closer to the north stand and then we had the demand to sell more. They kicked off from there and Risdale played to his crowd.

According to someone on their site he was playing silly buggers again and they say we went to the EFL to sort it. If so can't imagine our club giving them anything favourable.

Screenshot_20220314-201510_Chrome.jpg

Yep, he's probably ensured they will get 10% only, 1500-1600 tickets at our place next season and won't win a ticket war.

Hes had them dancing to his tune and seems to have used the whole saga to improve his ratings and they seem to have lapped it up.

Most of our younger and passionate fans are st holders and go to away games so qualify for tickets for this game, whereas they use the oap ambassador scheme, so just another area where we get an advantage.

So we're in agreement then sell the tickets to home fans first.

If you get close to selling out for me you'll have done the correct decision bringing Blackburn into is horseshite.

We won’t sell out or I’d be very surprised if we did but we will have plenty ‘on’. That word does seem to annoy a number of your support.
I will most definitely be on.

And you are a Tit. I wonder what you will do with your time when you can't come on our site after you get beaten. No doubt going back to dreaming about getting into the Premier league. Something which by the way we have actually done.

Spite/choice probably isn't the best definition actually, a clear approach by Risdale and your board to deflect negative feeling towards them and you lot have lapped it up. Most likely at the cost of a full house.

We could go tit for tat all day if we liked but I dont want to see pettiness hinder the derby. Lancs Police probably did us a favour as we filled the other half of the East with Blackpool fairly quickly. You lot could also justify our smaller allocation if you sell out, otherwise you have put pettiness above the spectacle - you are certainly trying as hard as you can to justify it from what I can tell (on sale for 3 months, Tom Finney).

Ultimately though, with Deepdale's capacity after the renovation it has made more sense to give us 6k and you still have enough room for a decent home crowd - it's what you do with all your other derbies as well. We are still dealing with the shit Oyston has left us, such as a temporary East Stand.

Don't forget, we have the decency to let them come on here and spout shite, we get kicked off their site immediately by their mods. At least i did and i wasn't remotely abusive either.

We gave the Plastics the stand because they give us the Darwen End.
We do the same with the Dingles, great fans by the way.
However, you chose to reduce your previous allocations for our visit to look after your own fans. Nowt wrong with that.

We chose to lower your allocation because we wanted to.

Yeah it is that simple.

Your fans can't seem to get their heads around the fact we wanted more Blackpool fans in. Seems a difficult concept for your fans to understand.

Absolutely right about your prerogative to have the potential for pockets of empty seats around the ground. I wouldn't want 5k of our away fans if I was a PNE fan or owner, we'd take over and drown out whatever home support you provide. Least this way you have a chance but we'll still be heard.

Is what it is to be honest. I don't really care. I've been to Deepdale a few times, nothing special about it really. Not in the top 30 stadiums maybe even down from that in the English leagues for atmosphere so we won't be missing out on much.

Of course we understand that you wanted more of your fans on the match.

That’s why we’re happy you didn’t get them.

There’s no misunderstanding.

That's absolute bollocks. I read your forum and twitter, 95% of fans didn't "get it" and started crying about it.

To be honest, I lost the derby day buzz after we beat you 2-0. No soul or passion from your players or fans that day. Feel like it's ruined it for me.

The days when you had Mellor/Parkin/Mawene/McKenna/Garner etc was far more of a spiteful contest. Hence not really being arsed if I go or not.

I would go back to Judas and his hat trick at your place. Those were the days.
The passion is still there, just sometimes muted a bit by years of bobbing along.

But I wouldn’t worry on the 5th. You’ll know we’re there.

Interesting, I haven't seen a single away fan comment around your home support this season. You only turn up for us and your annual lucky League Cup/FA Cup draw against Liverpool/Chelsea/Manchester United.
It's a carnival at Bloomfield Road most weeks.

We're just built different, you'll never understand. Even when you beat us at Deepdale in the cup, it was more relief rather than atmosphere followed by probably the most embarrassing pitch invasion in modern football history.

You would go back to that because its one of two occasions you've won at Bloomfield Rd in my lifetime. I've seen us win 8 times at your place.

Sums it up really. We're better than you and have been for decades.

What you lot fail to understand is that we will sell a lot more tickets than you lot did at Gloomfield. If we have a few empty seats dotted around then that'll be because we have a bigger and better stadium than you.

I’m not going to swap fan stories in a dick-swinging contest. You’ve just been promoted and are bound to be on a high.

Enjoy your pie.

If up you want to talk about embarrassing pitch invasions, nothing will ever beat your pathetic pitch invasion during the Oyston "protest" crowned when you had a guy turn up on a mobility scooter. 🙄

🥴🥴

Your last sentence is quite odd.

I actually know a few Nobbers and they openly admit that the atmosphere at home games is non existant. Something that luckily we don't suffer from and the atmosphere is always brilliant. Which numerous visiting teams and managers have commented on. Don't know how your going to whip up this intimidating atmosphere you are all talking about.

I like to reply to the hard of thinking at PKE with the following...

PRESTON V HUDDERSFIELD: 11,120 (1,147 away.....9,973 PNE Fans).
PRESTON V BOURNEMOUTH: 12,179 (1,858 away.. 10,321 PNE fans)
PRESTON V BLACKPOOL : PNE fans are estimating 18,000 (2,200 Pool fans...(So, between 15,000 - 16,000 locals)....Still 6,000 empty seats
PRESTON V QPR : I would say that you're back down to your normal10,000 'fans' for this game + away fans

So...You could have given us 5,500 seats......and you still wouldn't have 'sold out' the ground......You would still have 3,000 empty seats for 'fans'

Like us.....this game brought in fair weather fans......So you lot going all Billy Big Balls, just shows that PNE reducing seats was a tit for tat response.

And youre right....it's about the result......why does 0 - 0 sudenly become the obvious PNE score line....

Nobody is going ‘Billy Big Balls’.
There won’t be 6000 empty seats because of segregation which reduces the capacity to closer to 20-21000.

The atmosphere isn’t non existent but it isn’t as good as it has been in the past.

Home v Sheffield United and Swansea this season were both a good atmosphere.

Even when the atmosphere was better, we didn’t go around as the self-proclaimed ‘best fans in Europe’ which some of your more cerebrally challenged seem to have done. Self coronation - not a good look.
