Nobbers vs Development Squad.

We should have loaned out Trusty, Mariette and Tharme and got them more competitive game time.
Mariette is out on loan at Southport. Obviously under the terms of the loan he can also still play for us.
On present form I'd put Tharme ahead of Eky in terms of "first reserve" to cover for the back three so we need to keep him, IMO.

Peculiar mentality when they did the exact same thing last season. Odd set of people aren't they? Even their manager is a ** weirdo.

The most nothing club ever. Zero character. Their last reasonable achievement was 1 title win at League One level and a few things happened before cars were invented.

If my memory serves me right they often fill their u18 team with the max permitted over age players.
PS.
I think when The Nobbers won the Central League (6 team league that season) there was a Civic Reception on the steps of the Bus Station.

There's nearly always a discussion pre-match in these matches so it won't have come as a surprise to the Preston coaching staff and clearly they made the decision to play a young team.
Last season Preston chose to play an experienced team against a very inexperienced Blackpool team.
I'm pleased the information I brought you has been confirmed.
I was also told that one club typically bent the rules with regards to this particular "gentlemen's agreement".
If you look around the Lancashire clubs its not difficult to speculate which manager doesn't fit the description of "gentleman".
I did actually speak to quite a few Preston fans on Tuesday and whilst they are of course delighted with their current position in the league not many had a good word for their "gobby" manager.
