They spent circa £90 million on this young man.

Is it just me or does he look pretty shit?……and I’ve seen him a few times btw. His touch, his body positioning, his awareness etc

Just wondered if anyone else thought the same

He's had a poor start that's for sure. Was on fire last year though and ripped Liverpool a new one at Anfield in the Champions League. Early days.

Think he’ll come good given time very few players of that value hit the ground running.
Look at Lukaku a £98m player (and that’s just one transfer) and he’s been crap where ever he plays.

His red card. Wrong decisions. When to shoot or pass. In all honesty, There must be something about him that made them decide to pay all that.

Uruguayan Andy Carroll lookalike. He really does look just like the big Geordie sick note.

Liverpool like to employ big lads with ponytails for excruciating fees.

I think he'll come good. His movement is excellent hence why he gets all the chances he does.

Liverpool create too many chances for him not to score. It's a season of change for Liverpool I feel. Think it would only be fair to judge him after next season.

Ye that was the transfer fee. £34 million to his agent and Dad- 375k a week (that they've actually declared)

Haaland is incredible. His speed around the box to get into the right positions iand his gymnastic agility to leap to get his body in the right place to finish are unreal.

Nunez cost approx £60m.
If he ends up costing them £80m+ it will mean he's been a very successful signing due to how the deal is loaded with add ons if targets are met.
He's struggling there at the moment, but so are most of their players.
He's 23, plenty of time for him to come good.

Well, Luís Suárez really rates him so that's good enough for me. I think it's a question of adjusting.

Andy Cole anyone?

Looked awful when he signed for the Mancs for such a while. Then he scored bagfuls

Thierry Henry also. I remember laughing at a Gooner at work…. I was naive

Yep. You'd trust Luiz Suarez with your life wouldn't you.................

Nowt to do with the fact he's Uruguayan either.

No I wouldn´t but Suarez knows a player. Your comment is like saying Harry Kane rates Andy Carroll because he´s English-ludicrous.

see how he is all season. And if does do well all of it, Will he be a one season wonder ?. Every chance.

What puzzles me is why a Man U fan should be so interested in what people think about a Liverpool player.
Surely a thread on United's big money signings over the last few years would be of more interest. I was thinking the
the likes of McGuire, Pogba, Lukaku, Fred, Van de Beek etc

I appreciate what you are saying obviously, and I imagine the goalscoring will slow down.
Obviously it helps that he plays for the best team in the League, but defenders can’t live with him at the moment.

He was £64million with add ons. They wont necessarily happen if he doesn't score a certain amount / win certain trophies. So he aint £90million.

Agreed its still too much, but early days. Some players hit the ground running, others take time to bed in. Only time will tell.

He was certainly a handful for Benfica. But hasn't done much as yet in England.

He was just putting it out there. Getting people's opinions. I might start one, Why does everyone act as though Klopp is the best Manager of all time ?.Most will come up with, Oh he is such a nice man. Really like him.
he is actually ok. But the bloody love in. So annoying.

Why do people think Klopp is a great manager? Greatest of all time? I wouldn't say that but is record is comparable to a lot of other great managers. There's plenty of evidence to support that.

Sounds like it on pretty much every football discussion.

You probably find it annoying because you don't like Liverpool.
Plenty of people found Alex Ferguson annoying purely because they didn't like United.
But that doesn't mean you can't be gracious and acknowledge what a great manager he was.

you are right. I actually did admit Liverpool were really good a few seasons ago. They seem to have dropped now. Klopp is a decent fella. And it is good he has bought into the City culture. I am not passionate 're United. Most of it is messing about On here. My team wear Tangerine.

I am asking about Nuniez. I’m not asking about Utd signings. Don't get thin skinned cos your lot have signed a Duffer for 90 million Green Queens

Because the media have a collective hard on for LFC

We all know why you’re asking about Nunez. You’re as transparent as a pane of glass
I’ve no idea what you mean Rusty. I’m asking about a specific player and avftter’s views on said player. You are kicking off very defensively almost as if you are a Liverpool FC Fan 😉
