This one is slightly late as I only just remembered but...

Did anybody else notice Nutall sat in the stands with the other injured players vs QPR? It showed them all together on the sky footage.

I know this is a heavily discussed topic in the past but I wonder if we'll ever get him back on the pitch... I hope so!
 
Yesterday would have been a perfect time to play him if we were ever going to but no mention of him in the match report.
You could also say the same for Howe, Sarkic and Lubala.

Don’t think we’ll ever see any of those ever again to be honest in a Tangerine shirt.
Like you say surely at least one of them if not a couple would have got a game yesterday?

Yea I didn't think about that one to be fair...

What injury can be that bad that you never okay football again but continue to be paid a wage?

Some of the above aren't even injured... it just doesn't make any sense.
 
Nutall had a knee injury earlier in the year which required surgery "after further investigation was undertaken".
 
He is likely to be the worst signing ever for Pool.
Even worse than Malkin when you consider how much we paid for him.

Now prove of us all wrong!

I wasn't sat far from them .. does that mean I get a 3 year deal to sit in the stands 🙄
 
Not sure where this 'thing' has arisen from that out of favour players not playing and running down contracts is unusual........it happens at every club and has happened here in the past,

Let's be honest none of them have shown enough (yet) to warrant a match day squad place, ideally you'd farm them out on loan but of course there had to he someone to take them and given tha Nuttall went out and came back from Northampton for possibly tye shortest loan in history, and Howe and Sarkic both did nowt on loan a poor L2 teams (Scunny and Mansfield) last season, one wouldn't imagine that potential suitors aren't exactly queueing down Bloomfield Rd to take them.

Lubala & Nuttall could be more complex ones to move if the rumours of Mental Health are correct but in the case of Sarkic and Howe it's more to do that they just aren't very good
 
It shows how far we've come that we have players not in the first team squad (including the youngsters at Bamber Bridge and Telford) that could easily, fit into the team if required.

It's a shame there isn't a second team league like the old days.

I think Nuttall's contract is up at the end of the season. This is his 3rd season isn't it? He signed a 3+1.

Just looked up his states.

He’s played 27 games for Blackpool and one for Northampton in 2 1/2 seasons.

Didn’t think he played that many. 😮
 
Personally, I feel Sarkic and Howe have failed here. They can go. Lubala we still don’t know but I’d release him too.
Nutall? I’d like to see him properly fit, mind and body.
