Does it really matter who said what to whom when and why?
What's done is done. The lad will, I hope have the support of all Blackpool fans in getting himself sorted whatever his issues.
No one can unsay anything and we've all slated someone at some point in our lives. He had some pretty poor games last year and as a result he had some games where people got on his back a bit probably too quickly in games where he was actually doing ok. It's all hindsight and sadly, the grief he did get is small beer compared to what elite players get.
That Liverpool keeper getting death threats and all that after the champions League for example.
No one can roll back time and be nicer to Joe Nuttall but they might think twice about barracking the next young lad who is having a bad spell. That's all that you can do. Look forward.
