Nya Kirby

It will be interesting to see how he goes on at Tranmere. He has not really featured anywhere since his loan here but has undoubted talent. My only reservation was that he was a little bit lightweight but maybe he has filled out a bit.

I've followed him since he left, he's got on the bench for palace a few times, made a few sub appearances and not been on loan anywhere. I think he must have had an injury cos for a while he wasn't playing at all for any palace team. He's the sort of explosive unpredictable player I think would help me move on from Sullay...

Before anyone goes *oh, why are you obsessed by ex players?* - I'm not, I just don't know any other tricky, skillful u21 premier stars aside from those I've seen at us or opposition cos I don't watch that league!

When he was good he was VERY GOOD - when he wasn't he looked lost.

That last sentence is what differentiates the best from the rest. The best do it all the time. The rest will do something magic on the odd occasion.

With respect to the lad, taking backward steps in his development (L1 loan to a L2 Loan) at this stage doesn’t bode well......

The lads with a future at the top level generally go the other way and continue their development a’la KDH

I thought he looked very lively for us and would love to have seen him back and he sat in front of me at Bristol Rovers away.
