I heard a record this morning that I have not heard since my childhood. It was One More Dance by Esther and Abi Ofarim, I also remember Cinderella, Rockefella by them but nothing else.
So it got me thinking of how many double acts there have been over the years in the music industry.
You only have to name one act but from any generation. I don’t think there will be 100.
Makes a change from arguing over footy.

Elton John & Kiki Dee
Robson & Jerome
The Carpenters
Renée & Renato
Righteous Brothers
Sonny & Cher
Ike & Tina Turner
Steely Dan
White Stripes
Everly Brothers

Donny and Marie,
Flanagan and Allen,
Rogers and Astair....
Is there a difference between a double act and a duet? Been hundreds if not thousands of hits by stars collaborating, most songs seem to be a big name featuring another big name nowadays.

noel and liam gallagher. originally forming the band OASIS in the early nineties. classic songs such as Wonderwall and Rock and Roll star. After their acrimonius split Noel formed the High flying birds. Liam performed solo as well.
