O/T. Some women turn into good drivers.

Yes, I'm sure some of them do.....
My daughter is qualified as a "pursuit driver" for the police, and as part of the training and to qualify you have to be able to travel in safety at over 30mph above the speed limit in built up areas involving driving on the opposite side of the road when needed, drive on winding country lanes (eg snowdonia) downhill without touching the brake pedal, and on more than one occasion whilst training chase and catch an pursuit instructor involving along A roads, Motorways, B roads, Built up areas whilst giving a running commentary of driving conditions, other road users and directions of travel.

Sounds like my daily commute 😁

So many young ladies now driving extremely powerful cars I am pretty sure not many of them would have a clue if the back end flipped out or they lost the front coming out of a bend hard.

Some of them scare the sh1te out of me with their aggressive acceleration from traffic lights and then indicating and pulling in without looking, doing the indicating thing on motorways is scary as - "I've indicated so I'm going in that lane" happens daily on the M6 and M55.

Driving standards are pretty poor nowadays male or female doesn't seem to matter to be honest.

Isn't insurance almost always lower for female drivers?
Not sure what that proves, but a family member is a driving instructor and I've heard that a lot.

No. They brought male and female in line about 3 or 4 years ago for equality or reasons of discrimination. Obviously went the high way and bumped up the price for young ladies. My daughters pay a fortune, just like the boys do.

What it does tell us though is young men paid more because they have more accidents.
