My daughter is qualified as a "pursuit driver" for the police, and as part of the training and to qualify you have to be able to travel in safety at over 30mph above the speed limit in built up areas involving driving on the opposite side of the road when needed, drive on winding country lanes (eg snowdonia) downhill without touching the brake pedal, and on more than one occasion whilst training chase and catch an pursuit instructor involving along A roads, Motorways, B roads, Built up areas whilst giving a running commentary of driving conditions, other road users and directions of travel.Yes, I'm sure some of them do.....

No. They brought male and female in line about 3 or 4 years ago for equality or reasons of discrimination. Obviously went the high way and bumped up the price for young ladies. My daughters pay a fortune, just like the boys do.Isn't insurance almost always lower for female drivers?
Not sure what that proves, but a family member is a driving instructor and I've heard that a lot.
