Off topic tyres

We have a kwik fit on Preston new road, and a national tyres on Bond street if you need a quick easy fix
 
Depends what you want. It's the same product wherever you buy it. But they will ask recommend whatever they get the best margin on. Usage should determine whether you need cheap and cheerful or premium brands - and what the difference is is very subjective. Different places will tell you different things.
The deal at National is good where is you spend over £200 you can split it over 4 payments interest free no credit check.
I put Bridgestone on my last car replacing some "mid range" that were 30 per tyre cheaper but didn't last and were very noisy.
Like I said, depends on what you want.
