Not the worst choice.....if it happens
No, Michael, Cheltenham. To save others looking who like me haven't read every thread I assume this is Damien, currently managing Shamrock?
That's a step up.No, Michael, Cheltenham.
Remember what Mansford has just said, there will be lots of rumours, most false. This could easily be his agent spouting crap to try and force Barnsley's hand or other clubs.
Yup,Do managers have agents?
Less so than Critchley, he's had a season in the league below us and has been at Cheltenham for a few years off the top of my head. Won League 2 with them. That's a step up.
He'd need an experienced assistant.
Yeah, I'd be happy with this.No other interview required. Secure him ASAP and continue the project.
No idea!Is this official official ?
Doing well managing ShelbourneDamien?
YepIs this official official ?
He won’tIf he chooses Barnsley over us will it trigger another AVFTT meltdown ?
Fat Sam's agent was his sonYup,
Other than fat Sam who thought he was bright enough to sort out his own business negotiations
5 at the back, 2 up top and overlapping wing backs. To win the L2 title with Cheltenham was impressive, to take them to mid table League 1 with the lowest budget even more so. I listened to his interviews when they won promotion and thought he came across very well. He played for Burnley for years, so should know plenty about Lancashire also.Don’t know enough about him or how he plays but it doesn’t get my juices flowing.

3.0 with sky that isnt a strong favNot the worst choice.....if it happens
I like the sound of overlapping wing backs with Gabriel and maybe garbs, but not husband but I guess he’d be left sided of the 3. I vaguely remember him at Burnley but nothing about him from managing.5 at the back, 2 up top and overlapping wing backs. 40% win rate at Cheltenham which isn’t bad, but as I said it doesn’t excite me but again that’s because I don’t know much about him.
Played in all 8 top divisions and stepped up from each. Only player to be promoted to the Prem 3 times with 1 clubDon’t know enough about him or how he plays but it doesn’t get my juices flowing.
