Changing a few words around in a famous song doesn't give ownership to the first set of fans that do it, always hated that argument.

If someone else starts singing it you hear shouts of "you lot stole our song", last time I checked I never saw the fans of Liverpool or United on the writing credits for December, 1963 (Oh, What a Night) - Frankie Valli & The Four Seasons.
