Don't forget his 2 minutes of acting career appearing on Crown Court back in the 80's.Must be some kind of record. First known court appearance 1955 and still appearing 2023. Not many have done that.

So perhaps health and safety, maybe environmental or something like that.Looks like court No 1 is hearing all the ānon policeā prosecutions
Looks are deceivingHe's 89 - Date of birth 03/01/1934
Non payment of council tax on the penthouse, case adjourned as Owen is doing his usual and messing about
Heāll be blowing nothing more than dust by now given his history.Apparently the penthouse is now a home for discharged seamen.
What a crazy waste of time and money as itās not going away in its own.Apparently the penthouse is now a home for discharged seamen.
Just watch the surge of ST on 3rd August even though they will pay more. Some folk hate to part with money! Why would a multimillionaire not pay his council tax and rather go to court to try argue it? 89 year old. ** weird weird family.
Because heās a cheap bāstard and heās breezed through life not paying for stuff. Why would a multimillionaire not pay his council tax and rather go to court to try argue it? 89 year old. ** weird weird family.
He has nearly as many holidays as that other well known solicitor!rare holiday ā¦. I thought you had retired

Presumably he's disputing the liability, claiming it rests elsewhere, no doubt. Why would a multimillionaire not pay his council tax and rather go to court to try argue it? 89 year old. ** weird weird family.

Isn't this a criminal case though?
I wondered if it might help with the eviction process? You would hope so. Best check the eaves for Morticia though.....
Is old Catweazle placing the liability on Heidi then? That would be about his level the old scroat.I hope so too, but I think it's Heidi who still resides there. She turned up towards the end of the hearing to speak with their legals.
No - on the current owners - as the previous owners agreed that all bills and costs would be met by whoever owned it.Is old Catweazle placing the liability on Heidi then? That would be about his level the old scroat.
Simon will be delightedNo - on the current owners - as the previous owners agreed that all bills and costs would be met by whoever owned it.

Im sure it was 5 year lease so heād be out in February anyway. Could be wrong thoJust include the penthouse in the redevelopment of the East stand and serve notice on the tenants
I thought it was much longer than thatIm sure it was 5 year lease so heād be out in February anyway. Could be wrong tho
I seem to remember a lease being signed just before the court took the club from under their smelly feet. Summat telling me it was 5 years though in the back of my mindI thought it was much longer than that
It must be longer because the club are still actively trying to get him out, wouldn't bother if it was due to run out soon anywayI seem to remember a lease being signed just before the court took the club from under their smelly feet. Summat telling me it was 5 years though in the back of my mind
Would be fab if anybody on here could go back somewhere to check maybe tangerine knights or someone from BST
The follow up that John le Carre never quite got round to.....His obituary would make interesting reading:
Rapist, fantasist, conman, c*nt
I would guess itās in a company name, so it wouldnāt matter if he died, Morticia would still be thereSeems the lease is allegedly 99 years, the old bastard will probably live that long just to spite us
Denwis still have the office space so I presume it's the same leaseI would guess itās in a company name, so it wouldnāt matter if he died, Morticia would still be there
The point is that whatever agreement is made between the owner and tenant, the person living in the property is legally liable for the council tax. So the council are correct in demanding it from Oyston. If he thinks that the owner should be paying, then that's a civil matter between the two parties. Not sure what your point is TT. The case was adjourned on a technicality and as usual Owen 'wily old fox' Oyston survives for another hearing.
You missed out the 3rd option.Thereās two ways to be rich Either earn lots or spend little
If you can do both then youāre really laughing
He is under a company name I thinkWho is in the penthouse atm?
