Balance is what is relevant.

I think the squad we had at the end of last season was stronger with loanees Ballard and Simms in the starting eleven.Too many posters take a ridiculous short term view. My take is this;
- We are bound to have a bad run every now and again, every team does and we are having one now
- However, we have competed in all of the matches that I have seen, Critchley won't allow players who do not give 100%
- This is a long term project that the management have embarked on, a few poor results here and there don't change that
- The management of the club, is, bit by bit making us more and more professional on and off the pitch
- The playing squad is becoming incrementally stronger - the squad that we started last season with would, IMO, be bottom of this league. That is only 16 months ago.
- Critchley is here for the long term, we have to trust him and he is a great manager who is very modern in his outlook
- Critchley will make mistakes every now and again
- Knee Jerking after every bad result helps nobody
- We have some great fans but let's not become over expectant
- I am enjoying this chapter of our history a lot -- we have a great owner and a great manager - this is the first time that I can say that we have had both since I started watching in 1976
- Trust the process
