Pilley in court

Bearing in mind there are three others standing trial as well, I think I'd warn off anyone working for Pilley - unless you like porridge!

Mr Piley allegedly will/maybe/likely lose his supplier license....and be fined

BES were maybe/could have been acting as supplier (Think Gazprom and Mr Abramovich and the loads of money he makes) and and also a reseller......(Think Octopus)....who try to sell utilities to a business and make a small add-on (1p or 2p on a unit)
But as a 'business supplier only' Mr Piley supposedly placed business customers with this connected supplier, saying they were the only one available or the prices were so cheap, it would save customers money...yada, yada, yada

Then supposedly, the costs may have rocketed or the 3 month honeymoon period finished and the basic costs could have jumped up 200% - 500%
The business could have signed a 3 or 5 year deal.....or the contract that tied them into this deal was a yearly recurring deal that they couldn't legally get out of or would have made the company worse off financially
Maybe the only way to get out was to close down that business and re-open in a new name....which would be costly...so they stayed!!!

BES could have pushed the majority of their BES business to BES (supplier) who were in an office down the road operated by another member of the Piley family....Someone like his sister or sister in law or 1st cousin (??)...so if anyone checked, it wouldn't show a connection to OFGEM or the company signing the contract

This being a supplier and a re-seller isn't illegal...British Gas, EDF etc do it
But not telling a customers is.....or offering them a deal they maybe know is OK for year1 but an absolute nightmare in year 2 - 5.....is...
Allegedly ex-employees galore are waiting for the court date to spill the beans......

If this does happen a major amount of BES income is gone.....and OFGEM will monitor all sales to see if they are kosher.....
Something tells me he wont have much disposable cash over the next few years...

Garbage like this reminds of the days when Fleetwood were in the Blue Square North and everyone was saying (and hoping) they wouldn't survive. Soon be egg on the face time again.😀

I don't think I mentioned Fleetwood town on that post......just why Mr Piley will/may/could get his backside slapped with a big fine.....

But now you mention Fleetwood FC.....I bet running a football club in the Blue square North league cost a few quid, but the income from the 300 - 400 fans covered most of the cost....Running a club in League 1 with the same 300 - 400 fans covers the Lucozade bill for the year.....😀

As far as i can see, FTFC exceed 300-400 home supporters. They also know what to do when the transfer window opens. 😀
