Playoff tickets bought yet?

We have 4 season tickets grouped together...however, my 96 year old gpa won't go to night games, i am on an exercise that i cannot get out of :/ and my mum and brother won't go without me. so do i leave it and let someone else buy them, or offer them to someone on here ?

I'm in the same position. I have emailed the club with his client ref.

I seem to remember having the same problem when buy my season ticket tbh. It's obviously a glitch in the system that needs sorting.

Now I’ve got to try explain to the IT illiterate that is my father how to forward me an e-mail ! That’s the real fun and games 😂
 
Well, I’ve paid for the ticket!
Took me from 8.50 when the email told me I had a seat to pay for but ticketing failed to let me process until roughly 9.50am.
I don’t think the system likes queues.
 
All sorted, hopefully it will be fine for everyone else now. Obviously just a bit of dust in the network.
 
Finally managed to set it up so I can manage ny kids tickets and bought our 3 seats (our usual ones as well 😀). Worth the hour's effort in the end .
 
Done, Father in Law for some reason who should be in our 3 is 2 seats away but all good.

Come on Pool!

I knew I’d have this problem, so contacted the club yesterday.

Contact the club with your child’s client account number (on their season ticket) and an email address for them (it can’t be an address already used by you on the BFC ticketing system). The club will link the account to the email.

You can then request reset password and all good to go for accessing the account.
 
Same issue as my son had a reissued season ticket with a different number so I have just dropped an email as I can buy mine but not his and his log in doesn't recognise new season ticket number ...so will wait for club to ring I guess.

Always have this issue , so not greatly surprised.
 
Not taking my 6 year old (past his bed time) is there anyway to purchase an adult ticket in place of his Under 18 ticket?

Mine were already set up with accounts so they were already linked to their season ticket refs. I think the only way for you is as others have said is to phone the club and give then an email address to link to your kids season ticket.
