All together on same row but with a seat between

Glad to see the systems been working well today, me and Fr Bayern have been allocated seats in different parts of the East Stand!🤔🤔

Same for me. Re-started phone, cleared cache, used different browser, listened to the hold music on the phone for 20 minutes, swore a few times.... hopefully get the techy one in the family to sort it later 👍🍊
 
All sorted & after a password reset the ticket appeared, I did the Bro in laws & it all went smoothly, good job it's only one game as he struggles to get up to row J never mind row V Block T, I've never sat in the South, since the new one was built, we're looking forward to it. 😀 🤞

All sorted, very easy once it all updated after the initial issues with website first thing this morning, same seat as I had for the Swindon game (honourary mucker for the day again in B block).

Just need to locate a printer now!
 
I was having problems this morning where the system didn't recognise me as a STH so I emailed the address on this morning's mail and just tried again now and they had reserved a ticket for me so just had to add to basket and pay as normal. It just showed up on the Reserved Seat in the account settings bar.
 
Allocated same seat as the Swindon game....hope the bar code reader works better this time....the quality of the print out isn’t great and that’s after putting in new print cartridges yesterday in anticipation.

Will drive over early just in case.

Would have liked to have been in my ST block V but in Y again but think i am are not far away from those I would in normal circumstances sit with but I am happy I have a ticket.

Sounds like the Club has managed to fix a lot of the inital issues and the tickets are getting snapped up now!!
 
Email from the club confirming no upgrades for this match. I wanted to purchase an adult ticket in place of my sons under 18 ticket as he won’t be coming to the game and it’s a no unfortunately.
 
Any idea of how many we’ve sold so far? As a non-STH I’m holding a small hope, maybe foolishly, that I could still get a ticket.

I got the same but according to the ticket office it may be because I'm in the 1953 club (I was at one time); perhaps you have the same issue. The ticket office is going to get back to me.

I had to log out and then log in again with the different log in details, so I've ended up paying separately for the two tickets, even though they are next to each other in line with social bubbles.

Your reference has been the same one for years, so if you've any other correspondence from the club going back a while, it might be on there.

You wouldn't need to stress out if you read stuff properly. Your client reference number is on everything they ever send you. Take your head out of your arse.

Another one in Block W, usually sit in V.

My issue turned out to be one that I couldnt sort - each person need their own email to set up their account online apparently... my 2 youngest dont have the joy of an email address as yet but a phone call to the ticket office sorted everything out and now ive got my 4 tickets sorted and we're in the North slap bang in the middle. Cant wait !!

I've had very similar issues in the past but fortunately I sorted all of them out when tickets were available for the 6 game season. The ticket office printed some very good advice back then. Computers are very unforgiving so if you dont follow the rules it's a tiresome process.

Do you have to stay in your set seat? Will there be Covid marshals knocking about? Only I was thinking if the 4000 have been evenly distributed around the ground I might be able to nestle in within earshot of the dugout as there’ll be loads of seats free.
 
When do ST Holders have until to buy their tickets and does anyone have any info as to how the next tranche of tickets will be decided. I'd be disappointed if they didn't reward those who have bought ST's the previous season.
