At school they have assigned 'bubbles' that control the risk of spreading within the school environment. Grassroots football will mix these school 'bubbles' with up three or more times at training and double that again at any match that is played. If we are to control spread, we need to control the cross infection of 'bubbles'. It is only for 4 weeks at the moment and hopefully training and matches can restart soon after. With the number of all weather pitches around Blackpool now, football can continue deep into winter. With regards to parents watching, if they can possibly limit it to one parent and ensure they stay socially distanced then that would help, but you have to remember that the coaches and refs are in the mix. It's an extremely tough shout, but anything that will stop this virus spreading must be tried.
