Please Simon read this

What a load of angsty, hyperbolic drivel.

"I really feel let down" and "I've been supporting the club since 1959'.

And you feel let down now? After what our club has been through since you've been supporting it, you feel let down now after a couple of mediicre performances?

If you live on the South Coast maybe you should start supporting Brighton or Bournemouth.

Are you for real, pal? If I was Syseasider, I'd be well p----d off with your predictably slanted, ill-informed, reactionary response to what is a constructive, considered, and well-reasoned critique of all that is presently wrong with BFC. He raises a host of points which clearly need addressing, as a matter of some urgency, at the club at this moment in time, and, understandably, expresses deep concern at how there appears to be little being done to tackle these matters. Yes, we all know what an appalling time the club had to go through only a short time ago (thanks for the reminder, TL, it'd almost escaped my mind!), and we can never repay the huge debt we owe our benefactors and saviours - but that is absolutely no reason for certain parties to turn a blind eye to so much still requiring attention.

As for Syseasider supposedly feeling (to quote TL) "let down ... after a couple of mediicre {Sic} performances ..." All I would suggest to TheLuker is that he perhaps needs to take a more indepth look at Syseasider's original post - in order to gain a more complete grasp of the message he is so succinctly try to put across.

Worst poster on AVFTT. Only ever attacks fellow supporters who have an alternative opinion.

Total prick.

I would cut my losses with him and go balls out to get Mowbray before he is snapped up by some other team lingering in midtable. Great manager, promotion in nearly all his jobs and brings in youth players developing them in the first team!

So you are saying we haven't seen worst then?
Well if you are going back to the dark days of the 4th division then not quite yet but if you mean this season the Burton game was as abject as any of the bad performances this season.
So it could get worse and I worry some players may be downing tools subconsciously with the favoritism Critchley has for some players.

I would have thought it was obvious that I'm referring to div 4 and recent years. And as bad as Burton game was it wasn't the worst.

FFS we got beat away from home and the usual meltdowns after, it's almost as posters wait until a defeat.

Yet we win like Saturday and nothing is said.
I think it's probably because we're expected to beat the likes of Carlisle, Bristol Rovers, Cheltenham (especially at home). And in reality we're expected to win and at least draw some games away against teams in the bottom half. That's why there's uproar when you get performances like Lincoln, Cambridge, Wycombe Burton etc.

You talk absolute shite and it's probably not the first time you have heard that, There is your little bit of attention you seek.

I see that the AVFTT pile-on crew are out in full force since I posted my rebuke to the pathetic call of "Simon Please Listen", I fully stand by every word that I wrote.

We have no idea if "our best two players likely as loaners to leave" is true or not , so stating as such is angsty.

I presume that CJ is "the player who's only positive is speed gets a 4 year contract." CJ has 2 goals and 8 assists so far this season which I would argue is a bit more than just having speed. I also remember the contract as being through to the end of the 2026 season, so more like 2.5 years (with an option) than rhe 4 years stated by the o/p. Hyperbole this time.

I could similalry analyse virtually every line the o/p wrote but I won't waste my time as it will make no difference to those of you with entrenched views who so dislike being challenged.

Yes, there have been some results and performances that have been disappointing but that's football. You can't enjoy the good times unless you endure some not so good times.

More broadly, I see a manger, players and a club that are all trying to do their best and quite frankly that's good enough for me. As supporters of the club we can HOPE for more than that but we can't EXPECT more than that.

This is where I stand and I will continue to call out the self-indulgent, the entitled and the crazies as I see fit.

well, I'll continue to call out an absolute clueless bellend like you. You and one or two others on this thread should hang your heads in shame if you watched that tonight and thought it was anything like acceptable. No doubt as is your want you'll carry on defending the indefensible.
