Pne on top of the championship is like

Have you looked at the tables recently? What division are ‘Pool in and what division are North end in?
Over the last 10 years how many times has ‘Pool ended the season higher in the tables than PNE.

It’s what we do, o’ illiterate one. We go up, we go down. We argue amongst ourselves and bicker, and then celebrate as one.

We have experienced the lows of the boycott years and the highs of playoff wins and victories in the Premier League (I know your limited imagination can’t stretch that far but bare with me).

Right now we are in our low ebb. This as always will change soon and we will rise again. Your little few weeks of high is now over and you’re sliding the other way as per the gospel.

Me and my pals were 19 in 2007 and 22 in 2010. We watched a brilliant team up and down the country before any of us had settled down and had kids. It was an absolute blast and some sad old Nobber who doesn't even go to games can never take it away from us.

Preston should have made it to the Premier League since they came out of the doldrums of the early 90s, there have been opportunities and they've failed despite being backed by a billionaire who has propped the team up on modest crowds. It must be awful watching all your rivals make it and to keep failing at the final hurdle, we all know it's what they want more than anything. That's why they have to bring up the 1800s to try and get the upper hand, it's all a bit sad really.

I have been to Anfield, the Emirates, Old Trafford watching the Pool. Where have you been @Norfolk White? I know Liverpool, Arsenal and Manchester United didn't exist in 1888 but you must have still had some great away days?
 
Over the last 20 years, have you ever done the double over Liverpool or were in a position where you were beating Man Utd, home and away.....

But the owner and his family have put in over £90m in 10 years (in shares....which is debt), but you have remained mid table ever since....
What will you do when Mr Hemmings stops giving PNE £15m - £16m a season at the start of the 24/25 and you have to survive on only £12m?
You couldn't even afford Brad Potts wages.......and I cant see Lowe hanging around......maybe it's time to get that Coffin out again?

And us........We have an owner who's one of us, a real Blackpool supporter, who wants the best for the club.
We don't have owners stealing £100m out of the club anymore....and it's only since Mr Sadler has come here that were building for a future
So, we have a bunch of dicks as supporters who think winning FIFA 22 makes them Pep Guardiola......but you lot, don't really have much of a future.

But honestly....We don't have to subsidize season tickets, we don't give out free flags......and we don't have to have a room named after a 5 game loan player to remind us that we have had some amazing players at Bloomfield Road.....and who doesn't remember the great....Sergei Kornilenko.....

And what have you lot achieved since SS took over? A promotion and a relegation that is what, you are no further forward. Where is your new stand and training ground that he promissed? Where would you lot be without his £millions of pound he has put into your club, non-league? Also, if he is the best thing for your club why have there been so many posters on this MB calling for him to go?

What have we achieved under ss, a promotion, a relegation, a new training ground in planning, what happened to nob end’s pie in the sky training ground?
Planning application for a new east stand, hundreds of thousands spent updating the existing ground due to neglect from the oystains, how’s the leaky roofs going at dump dale?
Another season of disappointment for you already falling faster than your underpants in blackpools gay bars.
Hopefully we keep growing and return back into the championship next season to give you clowns another spanking, well that’s if you manage to stay up.

Mick McCarthy’s Millwall were once top at Christmas time I believe before he left and they got relegated. Just saying, watch this space Knobbers!
 
So that's only 2 points from the last 5 games.....
Only 2 clubs, QPR (0 points) & Sheffield Wednesday (1 point) have worse returns, and both of them are in relegation places.
Technically....There are 7 teams below the Knobbers who (if they win) could push them further down the table.
Cant be arsed checking.....but with a Hull win, the knobbers could drop as low as 11th (if the 7 below, all win)

Oh well, it's back to mid table, a return to obscurity and another season of underwhelming football.
Now they can concentrate on us getting a promotion and have something to look forward to next season...

It was a genuine question, I haven't seen anywhere (not that I've looked because in reality im not that interested) that the nobbers are heading for a £16m cut.
